David Lynch

Dave began his editing career in Boston over 15 years ago.  In that time he edited everything from promos and corporate communications to broadcast sports and reality/lifestyle television.

Through an unlikely series of events Dave left Boston and found himself back in Connecticut, where he attended college.  After a quick pit stop in Bristol and one cow valve later, he joined Bluefoot in March 2009.

Dave has received 5 National Sports Emmy® Awards since joining Bluefoot. His first for Outstanding Studio Show – Weekly for College GameDay in 2013, two in 2014, one for Outstanding Studio Show – Weekly for College GameDay and another for Outstanding Long Feature for E:60’s Owen and Haatchi. In 2015 he received two more, one for E:60 “Outstanding Sports Anthology” and another for Outstanding Studio Show – Weekly for College GameDay.

In addition, Dave edited the 2007 Emmy® nominated “Triumph & Tragedy: The Ray Mancini Story” and has garnered four New York Festival Gold World Medal awards as well as the prestigious United Nations Gold Award.

Outside of his unabashed love of Tom Brady, Dave enjoys listening to music on vinyl while trying to survive the daily insanity created by his two young daughters.
